IT HAPPENS ONLY WITH KAKKARS'

LO BEHOLD!!!!  yesterday i was completely lo behold or surprised by three things 1st india's match got tied after having a hefty score on the board , 2nd: by the arrival of our Maharaji and3rd i screwed ma sesssional
             
                  yesterday as per ma schedule i was on ma way back from delhi to mathura ,india was scoring at a hefty run rate and i was in meagre or paltry tension about ma sessional exam on very next day. As i reached home i saw our main entrance  looked completely different, the walls were painted with glossy colors and green carpet on the floor.. and with all this i was a bit sceptical and with no conjucture after few seconds i was sure Maharaji is coming as dad told me.. I Entered in ma JANNAT  THE PARADISE  switch on the tv and wanted to watch  some butchering of Indian batsman.and with in few minutes unexpected happens indian batsman were leaving the field like rats off a ship!! and i was like what the F***. but thanks to ma complacent attitude,  i was satisfied with India's score with 338 in spite of knowing india is weak in bowling..
               
                After ma supper England started to play and andrew strauss was hitting indian seamers with a blood and guts.. and with this i got news that Maharaji has arrived. With maharaji arrival murli bhaiya and other were busy in providing every possible comfort to Maharaji and every one was overwhelmed with his arrival.. And ma sessional hopes were dwindling with all this but as i am very sanguine i was looking the other side of the coin that one should have expierience of giving exams with out preparation!!

                 Maharji was having a chit chat with dadi and soon the process of kowtow starts where we were offering garlands to him and in turn maharaji's subbordinates were busy giving banana to the each person after kowtow and garland and also maharaji was offering his greetings to every one as this process end Maharaji went for taking his meal in the next room and his subbordinates were bust in making all possible efforts that al the things remain auspicious every vessel in which the food was served should be auspicious and no vessel should be toched by the other person,. and soon the endlest list of sabji, sweets and dals start serving and he had a  good comfortable meal and as he was taking the meal i was having disscussion widh ma another uncle kake bhaiya about the  new generation is devoting more towards  art of living then what will happen to our Raman reti thing and i was very impressed and with his reply that what he need that every child shuld remain happy and shuld have good relation with every other, thats wat he only want!!! I was hoping for some brick bats for younger generation but it turned out to be a different story

                After Maharaji had his meal he came outside where there is arrangement of kirtan and bhajan was reciting by our very own radhey bhaiya and he was in full flow to show his amateure skills in singing but Maharaji has some other plans as soon as he came outside he decided to move to our dadi's room and again all bade log run in making arrangement in the bhabisr oom as they were all shell shocked becoz they were all not expecting maharaji to change the apla n at the eleventh hour!! and On the other side strauss were becoming lethal and we all were confirmed tha englanfd will makemincemeat of india and india will loose the match but i hav never left the hope and was sanguine and ma sessional plans were changing every second.. with the passage of every second i was cutting down ma syllabus and making it as short as i can!!!
                 
                    Maharaji was enjoying the bhajans bhabhi was singing the bhajan and pappi bua was feeling so much blissed that she started dancing and i was seeing in the eyes of every bade log of our family that they were so much loving this moment and was feeling completely blissed!
                       
                      now as maharaji was wrapping up the event by having a little chit chat with our senior pros of family Pawan come running with full pace and shouted the unexpected words ' match tie ho gaya' and all of a sudden the atmosphere of the room changes and all were more intersted in the match commentatory by our very own pawan and maharji was like, look at this generation i am here and they our more concerened abt match!! and this can only happen in kakkars!!
            
                 And as maharaji leaves for the ashram all of us!! then we had a meal and and some photographes and same kakkars type masti to cut the long story short we had some snaps for fb so that we can tease others who were not with us!

 AND OF COURSE I  SCREWED UP MA SESSIONAL EXAM HUH!!!

Teachers unleashed!!!

After so much of efforts i am finally.... finally.... writing!!!  From the time we are born we are learning.... as we are born we like an ingenuous child learn from our mother and all small things amazed us. We grow up went to kindergarten and learn there, then reached to school, colleges and coaching institutes and every where we were surrounded by teachers,. Every single experience of our lives teaches us some thing and any experience can be a good teacher for us...But today i am focusing on those teachers which we see in our colleges and school not any experience.
                   FROM my experience i can say there are two kind of teacher
                                    1 who actually are teacher who can give knowledge to us and wanna share every thing by taking different approach different examples from our are day to day lives
                                    2 who just come to take their salaries and in order to hide their weakness they start dictating in the class.

                     lets say about category 2nd first.. these kind of teachers come in the class and from the very look of the face of him students become disenchanted. thier main moto is to complete lecture time any how!!
So they switch to most easy and ineffective and ofcourse inimical way of teaching that is dictating. why on earth a college going young, mature, adult will respect that kind of  teacher. Teaching in some small colleges has become vulnerable and every where in these kind of a place you can see DUMMY TEACHERS
   In this second categories there are again two kind of teachers
1 who allow the student to do thier work
2 who dont allow the student tio do any thing and just want the students to focus and listen their shit
  I have recently attended one seminar of ted x and there i just saw one video where every teaching is base on practical examples and i was wondering what if i was teached like this i will be a different person all together
            And all those teachers who want the students to focus on their shit themselves know that the students are just simulating that he is studying then also they are not deter and go on with their shit.  I some time think how their inner conscious allow them to come daily in the class room and gets humiliated in the eyes of students and be just a banal personality. and one interesting point about these kind of a teacher they always wanna  to have some sycophants and boot licker who always simulate about them and tell the, what actually ppl say about them an so that they may rank about them according to their sycophancy.

TEACHING IS SUCH A PROFFESION WHICH NEEDS COMPETENCE BUT NOT DEGREE!!!
